Training & Coaching Programmes
'Managing Dyslexia in the Workplace' is a 1 to 3-day modular course aimed at managers, trainers, HR personnel and disability/diversity specialists. Topics include understanding dyslexia, implementing legislation requirements and managing dyslexic employees.

Dyslexia Counselling
This service is for organisations who wish to provide external, confidential support for dyslexic employees.

Employer Briefing
This enables an organization to consider its position in relation to current UK and European legislation as well as the Code of Practice requirements relating to dyslexia.Advice is given on best practice.

Workplace Assessment
The dyslexic employee's job, responsibilities and workplace are analysed to identify if, and how, 'reasonable adjustments' can be made to help the employee perform effectively. A report with recommendations is provided to help the employer address their obligations under disability legislation.

Diagnostic Assessment
A confidential consultation and psychometric assessment to determine if someone is dyslexic. A report with recommendations is provided.

Development at Work Programme
A training and coaching programme designed specially for dyslexics to enhance their job performance and enable them to manage their dyslexia at work constructively.

Foundation modules for our Development at Work Programme include memory training and solving dyslexia-specific problems. Objectives specific to the person's job can be tailored into a programme.

Consultation
An opportunity to discuss and receive advice on any dyslexia-related issue or concern.
